32-year-old man arrested at Koës on Sunday for the alleged theft of 27 goats



The 32-year-old man arrested at Koës on Sunday for the alleged theft of 27 goats at Farm Ebenezer was granted bail of N$2 000 when he made his court appearance in the Koës periodic court. It is alleged that Eugene Tsei-Tseimou stole 27 goats valued at N$51 500 from the grazing camp on the farm of the complainant, 63-year-old Margarethe Gertruida.He reportedly put new earmarks and ear tags on the animals, and kept them in his camp at Farm Frankenstein, which borders the complainant’s grazing camp. His case was postponed to 23 November 2023 for further police investigations with all 27 goats recovered.
