Reiterating the importance of responsible journalism in a rapidly evolving world, Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Peya Mushelenga, says media houses are not just news purveyors, but are also custodians of truth. In this digital age, where information travels across borders instantly, collaboration and responsible reporting are vital, Mushelenga said, calling for media houses to work with government to rise above sensationalism, yellow press and exploitative journalism, pursuing the truth wherever it leads and prioritising accuracy above profit.
