WATER WOES: Residents of Katutura this morning again marched to the head office of the City of Windhoek Municipality complaining that their water has been cut off. The residents are demanding that the City of Windhoek return a petition that they handed in during August as there has been no response. The residents say nothing has been done to remove the Redforce debt collection company and as such they will take their petition to the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development.
