ActionSA says the South African Reserve Bank has failed to respond to its application within the legislatively mandated 30 days to gain access to its Phala Phala farm report. Despite the Bank having found that President Cyril Ramaphosa had not contravened the Exchange Control Regulations, ActionSA’s president, Herman Mashaba, says Ramaphosa has to be held accountable.
