Chaos erupted when demonstrating residents of Katima Mulilo refused to accept the answers from the town council.
Angry residents say the poor service they are getting from the town council does not correspond to the rates and taxes they pay.
They complained that the NOVA compound did not need to have debts because there was no sewer or related municipal services.
The feedback meeting was forced to end prematurely after residents became aggressive towards the political leadership.
The Katima Mulilo Town Council was given two days to respond positively to the demands of the public, especially the removal of the council and its CEO, and to cancel the Redforce debt management contract, threatening to take unspecified actions against the council if not adhered to.
