A foetus estimated to be between two to three months, was discovered in a riverbed at the Rocky Crest residential area on Friday.
According to the Namibian Police Force’s daily incident report, the foetus was discovered at 09h20 in a lunch box by members of the public who went searching for food in wheelie bins and informed a security guard, who then informed the police immediately.
The foetus was taken to the police mortuary for storage and police investigations continue.
