Founding President officiates at Olufuko Cultural Festival

The official opening ceremony of the Olufuko Annual Cultural Festival is underway at Outapi, Omusati Region. Founding President Sam Nujoma, who is the Patron of Olufuko, and Urban and Rural Development minister Erastus Uutoni are the main speakers.

Other speakers include representatives from South Africa’s Limpopo Province.
