THE Gondwana Collection Namibia has announced its aim to revolutionize the trade show experience at the annual Internationale Tourismus-Börse (ITB) Berlin Tourism Fair, currently attended by the company, by showcasing Namibia’s beauty and bringing a unique approach to business interactions.
“In a move that underscores Gondwana’s commitment to seamless business operations, the company has established a dedicated support team based in Windhoek. This team will be on standby to participate in virtual meetings and promptly address inquiries, ensuring a swift and efficient communication process,” Gondwana explained.
Gondwana emphasized that this approach has garnered significant success, enabling potential partners and customers to engage with Gondwana immediately after their encounter at ITB Berlin, facilitating smoother collaborations and connections.
“By establishing a local presence, we’ve not only improved our responsiveness but also broadened opportunities for collaboration and idea exchange,” Lynn Strydom, a member of the Windhoek-based support team, said.
