India’s PM Modi faces no-confidence vote in Parliament


Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is facing a vote of no-confidence in the country’s parliament. The opposition parties called for the vote – alleging inaction in the north-eastern state of Manipur – where ethnic clashes have killed at least 152 people so far.  Ishan Garg has more from New Delhi.
