Man chokes to death on piece of meat

BRAIN Katjimune, 51, reportedly died after a piece of meat got stuck in his throat on Friday afternoon. The incident occurred around 16:00 at a Kapana spot in Nau-aib, Okahandja, according to a police weekend report issued on Sunday.

It is alleged that the deceased, his son, and his brother bought and ate meat at the Kapana spot, and the piece of meat got stuck in his throat. He was rushed to the hospital and died on arrival.
