EXECUTIVE Director of the Office of the Prime Minister, I-Ben Nashandi, said the need to implement e-governance solutions, with particular emphasis on E-Cabinet and overseeing E-Human Resource solutions in all OMAs.
According to Nashandi, they aim to pursue digital transformation in all their activities, including transitioning to vouchers by 2025 and developing resilience strategies.
“The role of all members of the OPM House is the cement, stones, sands, and concrete we must have to make our contribution towards the prosperity of the Namibian House,” he said.
He added that all staff of the OPM have a responsibility to this noble task.
Moreover, Nashandi indicated that when one of the team members pulls in a different direction, it affects the progress of the rest.
As part of that building process, he said that they shall have to continue to perfect their teamwork and to remain on course when they realize they are off it.
“Talent management is crucial, and I urge all of us to utilize the skills of our teams,” he added.
He then urged his teams to always work together, and primarily for them to develop regularly working sessions.
