THE Erongo Police have requested the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 69-year-old Henry Jacobus Mapanka, who mysteriously went missing during a journey from Henties Bay to Sesfontein.
Mapanka, who had embarked on his journey, was driving a Nissan Hardbody NP 300 D/pickup with the registered number plate N 2008 HB and has not been seen since his last known location at Ugab Gate on September 19.
The concerned family of Mapanka reported him missing the following day when he failed to reach his intended destination, Sesfontein. This abrupt and unexplained disappearance has left his loved ones, as well as local authorities, deeply worried and actively searching for any leads that could help locate him.
Furthermore, Mapanka’s vehicle, a Nissan Hardbody NP 300 D/pickup with the license plate N 2008 HB, has not been located anywhere.
As the search intensifies, the Erongo Police are urging anyone with information regarding Mapanka’s whereabouts or any potential leads to come forward. In such cases, time is of the essence, and prompt cooperation from the public can be instrumental in reuniting the missing person with their family.
