THE Namibian Police are reaching out to the public for assistance in locating a wanted suspect, Matthew Pengeyo, who is believed to be connected to a series of false pretence cases. He was allegedly last seen at Onamhinda village in the Ohangwena region.

According to the police, Pengeyo is suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities, where he allegedly posed as someone he is not in order to deceive victims.

Authorities are urging anyone who has information about Pengeyo’s whereabouts to contact the nearest police station or reach out to officials at +264 81 223 1110 or +264 209 3827. It is emphasized that any information, no matter how small it may seem, could prove invaluable to the ongoing investigation.

Furthermore, Namibians are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity of any nature to ensure the safety and security of the community they live in.
