Rahul Gandhi expected to lead he charge on day 2 of no-confidence debate

The debate on the motion of no confidence against Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government continues on Wednesday. Opposition leader Rahul Gandhi is expected to lead the charge as critics accuse Mr. Modi’s government of inaction in Manipur. Ethnic clashes there have claimed at least 150 lives since May – and injured hundreds of others. Ishan Garg has more from New Delhi.
