Self-assembled firearms in U.S. to continue to be treated as other guns

Restrictions on so-called ‘ghost guns’ will remain in place in the United States, after a Supreme Court ruling. A legal challenge is ongoing after Texas blocked federal rules requiring them to be treated as firearms.  Caroline Malone reports from Austin.
