A TEENAGER was arrested in the Omusati Region recently accused of raping his biological sister who is seven years younger.
It is alleged that the suspect, aged 17, raped the ten-year-old girl on various occasions this year and threatened to kill her should she report the crime to anyone.
The alleged crime occurred in the Alusati village in the Elim Constituency.
