A 12-YEAR-OLD boy, Umuna Tjiveze, and an 18-year-old young man, identified as Given Kausiona, drowned in the Kunene Region over the weekend.
According to the weekend crime report, the incident happened on 15 November 2024 at about 08:00 at Otjokavare Village. It is alleged that the deceased, Kausiona and Tjiveze, drowned in a riverbed where they had gone to swim.
Their next of kin have been informed, and police investigations continue.
