AN UNKNOWN thief used an equally unknown method to open the door of Omusati Regional Governor Erginus Endjala’s stationary vehicle and proceeded to steal a silver iPad wifi cellular 128 GB valued at N$32,000.
The incident occurred during the late evening hours in Outapi town recently.
The expensive communication device was not recovered, and no one has been arrested yet in connection with the theft.
