Popular Democratic Movement President, McHenry Venaani, has expressed disappointment in the budgetary allocation of N$ 3 000 to the Gibeon Village council, something he says might be influenced by contrasting political affiliations within the village. Venaani said that “Sabotaging or hindering development based on political party affiliations undermines the principles of democracy and hinders progress,” stressing that “if political parties fail to find common ground and instead resort to sabotaging each other, it poses a significant threat to the nation’s progress”.
