A 40-year-old woman was stabbed to death by her boyfriend in Onamatanga village, Ruacana Constituency, Omusati Region, on Saturday, 14 September.
According to the police, the suspect allegedly stabbed the deceased on the right side of her neck with an unknown sharp object after she informed him that she wanted to end their relationship. She died instantly.
The next of kin of the deceased have not yet been informed.
The police also revealed that the suspect has not yet been arrested, as he fled the scene immediately after the incident.
“The search for him is ongoing. The murder weapon has not yet been found,” the police added.
