Xiphos Protection Group Beefs up Security in Elisenheim

THE Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate has a new kid on the security-block.
Situated approximately 15 km outside the centre of Namibia’s capital, Windhoek, Elisenheim has developed into a sprawling community for those looking for a more tranquil and nature-centric lifestyle.

With a population exceeding 4 000 residents and a community that continues to expand, Elisenheim boasts a current capacity of well over 1 500 homes. With each new residential expansion, prioritising safety and security remains fundamental for the success of the development.

Since Elisenheim was established as a township in 2011, its residents have savoured the essence of true quality of life. However, with the continuous growth in population, the operational dynamics are bound to shift and change. Consequently, the Elisenheim Home Owners Association (the EOA) has appointed Xiphos Protection Group to manage and oversee all safety and security requirements of Elisenheim starting 1 April 2024.

Founded in 2021, Xiphos boasts a strong set of skilled individuals specialising in the security industry. The instructors and staff are selected and recruited from a pool of former police officers, special task force members and special reserve force members, all boasting years of valuable and practical experience.

On the back of the new security development, the Chairman of the EOA, Le-Hugo van Rooyen expressed his joy; “As the Elisenheim Home Owners Association, we strive to ensure that all groundwork is adequately addressed and managed, including the safety and security of our residents. With Xiphos now part of the team, we can ensure residents and prospective buyers in Elisenheim that safety is at the core of our mission. We also wish to welcome Xiphos to Elisenheim, with their vast experience in the security industry, we look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership.’’

With the arrival of Xiphos on Elisenheim, the EOA would like to extend its gratitude to the previous service provider, Tephcor, for their years of dedicated service. We greatly appreciate the quality of work and commitment you have shown. We wish you all the best in maintaining the ongoing safety and security for your clients across Namibia.
